A smoother path from order to doorstep
CaptainGreek is a marketplace. Depending on the products and partners in your cart, an order may ship in more than one package.
For the fastest help, start from the order page and use “Get help with this order.” We can attach the order number, items, status, payment label, and available shipment context automatically.
If something has arrived damaged, missing, or different from the listing, include clear photos and tell us what outcome you are hoping for.
Signed-in customers should open the request from the order page whenever possible. That gives Captain Greek Care the context needed to avoid a back-and-forth.
What to have ready
- Order number, if you are not opening the request from the order page.
- Tracking number, carrier update, or delivery screenshot.
- Photos of damaged packaging, item condition, or wrong item if relevant.
- A short note on the outcome you want: tracking help, replacement review, refund review, or partner follow-up.
Best first step
- For a delayed order, check the tracking first, then open an Order & Delivery request if the estimate has passed or the tracking has stalled.
- For damage or a wrong item, take photos before discarding packaging.
- For “delivered but not received,” check nearby delivery spots first, then open a request promptly.
- For address issues, contact us quickly; once a parcel is in transit, options may be limited.
Frequently asked questions
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
CaptainGreek works with independent Mediterranean partners. If your cart includes products from more than one partner, packages may ship separately and receive separate tracking updates.
My tracking has not moved. What should I do?
If the expected delivery date has passed or the tracking has not updated for a reasonable period, open an Order & Delivery request and include the tracking number. We will review the order and coordinate the next step.
UPS says delivered, but I do not have the package.
Check around entrances, building mailrooms, parcel lockers, neighbors, or property staff. Then open a request with the delivery timestamp and any UPS details so we can help review the situation.
My item arrived damaged.
Take photos of the outer box, inner packaging, label, and item before discarding anything. Open an Order & Delivery request or a return/RMA path depending on the outcome you need.
Can Captain Greek change my shipping address?
If the order has not shipped, we may be able to help coordinate an update. If a label has been created or the package is already with the carrier, options may be limited.
Are delivery estimates guaranteed?
Carrier estimates can be affected by weather, customs, service alerts, or regional disruptions. We will help investigate stalled or unusual delays.
Who is responsible for customs or import fees?
For cross-border shipments, customs duties, VAT, brokerage, or import fees may apply depending on the shipment and destination. Check the order and carrier notices carefully.
