Fulfillment & Shipping

Captain Greek Partner Care

Fulfillment & Shipping

For UPS labels, package preparation, weights and dimensions, tracking, address questions, multiple boxes, fragile items, and shipping exceptions.

Fulfillment that protects the product and the experience

CaptainGreek’s fulfillment model expects partners to use the platform’s UPS label process for outbound parcels.

Good fulfillment starts before the label: accurate dimensions, careful packing, clear tracking, and communication inside the platform.

Use this guide when shipping is blocked, the label flow fails, a package needs multiple boxes, or a delivery exception needs review.

Packaging matters

Fragile, liquid, pantry, and cultural goods should be packed for normal carrier handling, with internal protection and appropriate markings.

What to have ready

  • Order number.
  • Product SKU and quantity.
  • Package weight and dimensions.
  • Screenshot of any UPS label or dashboard error.
  • Tracking number if one already exists.
  • Whether the issue blocks shipment, tracking, address confirmation, or delivery resolution.

Best first step

  • Confirm the order address and product weights/dimensions before creating a label.
  • Use the CaptainGreek UPS label flow for outbound parcels.
  • For multi-box shipments, create separate labels so tracking stays complete.
  • Open a Fulfillment & Shipping request if label creation, tracking, or delivery resolution is blocked.

Frequently asked questions

Which carrier flow should partners use?

Use the CaptainGreek UPS label process for outbound parcels unless CaptainGreek has provided written alternative instructions.

When should I hand the package to UPS?

Hand the parcel to UPS within your stated handling time and no later than 24 hours after label creation.

What if I need more than one box?

Create a separate label for each box so every tracking number appears with the order.

Can I change the customer address?

Ship only to the address supplied at checkout unless the customer confirms the change through CaptainGreek messages.

What if tracking is missing?

Check that the label was generated through the correct flow and attached to the order. If it is still missing, open a fulfillment request with the order number and label details.

How should fragile products be packed?

Use internal protection, prevent movement inside the package, protect liquids or breakables, and mark the parcel appropriately.

Who handles carrier damage or loss?

Partners should work with the customer and carrier in good faith, including claims when appropriate, while keeping CaptainGreek informed if support intervention is needed.
