Frequently asked questions
What payment information should I include?
Do not include full card numbers, passwords, CVV codes, or bank credentials. Include the order number, the last four digits only if necessary, and a safe description of the issue.
I cannot log in. What should I do?
Try password reset first. If it still fails, open an Account & Billing request with your account email and browser/device details.
Can I update account details?
Most account details can be updated from your account area. If something cannot be changed, open a request and explain what needs to be corrected.
How do I ask about a privacy right?
Open an Account & Billing request or contact the privacy team. State whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, or another privacy action.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment declines may come from card issuer rules, billing mismatch, insufficient funds, fraud checks, or checkout errors. Try another valid method or open a request with order/checkout context.
Can Captain Greek see my full card details?
No. Payments are handled by secure payment systems. Captain Greek Care does not need your full card details to investigate most billing questions.
Where do I report suspicious account activity?
Open an Account & Billing request immediately and mention suspected unauthorized access. We may need to verify your identity before discussing account data.
