Enthalpia’s Sideritis raeseri is a loose Greek mountain tea, traditionally known as tsai tou vounou. The dried blossoms and stems make a gentle floral, earthy infusion. Naturally caffeine-free, it is a simple herbal drink to serve plain or with a little honey and lemon.
Steep the blossoms and stems in hot water, then strain and enjoy plain or with honey and lemon. Serve it warm or chilled, or blend with chamomile for a different cup.
