A vivid lemon fragrance is the defining quality of Enthalpia lemon verbena. The Greek Aloysia citrodora leaves are hand-harvested and air-dried for a crisp herbal infusion. Naturally caffeine-free, the loose leaves can be brewed hot, served over ice or combined with other herbal teas.
Steep the leaves in hot water and strain. Drink plain, lightly sweeten with honey or serve chilled over ice. It also blends well with chamomile and Greek mountain tea for a fragrant mixed infusion.
