Enthalpia lemon balm makes a mild herbal tea with a delicate citrus aroma. The Greek Melissa officinalis leaves are hand-harvested and air-dried, ready to measure loose into a pot or infuser. Naturally caffeine-free, this 25 g pack can be enjoyed hot or chilled.
Brew 1 g in 200 ml of water at 95°C, cover for 5–7 minutes, then strain. Drink it plain or add a little honey. The gentle lemon flavor is also enjoyable chilled, or blended with chamomile or Greek mountain tea.
